Do You ship internationally?

Can I change my address on an order that I've recently placed?

> Absolutely! Please refer to the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase. Look for details to change your address in that email.

Can I change the size of the garment I ordered?

> Generally we are unable accommodate last minute changes but we get it - things happen. Please feel free to reach out and we will see if we can take care of it.

Preorder: Most of the garment runs we do are made to order, which means that each order is made specifically for the customer that buys it. Please allow 4 weeks for your preorder to ship out to you. You can keep track of the status of your order via the confirmation sent to you after purchase. Also - please keep in mind that global shipping delays, supply chain shortages and holiday postal backups can also hold up an order's ability to ship out on time. We will do our best to keep the customers up to date with any changes in shipping dates or garment choice. 

 

Refunds & Returns:  We are just a small business and we appreciate every order that comes through - we currently do not have the bandwidth to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. With that being said, mistakes do happen - if something is defective with the garment or if something is lost in the mail please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email at ThisOldEngineDesignCo@gmail.com
